During his time with us, Gordon worked tirelessly to help grow the business. Thanks to Gordon’s efforts he managed to increase our revenues significantly. He was also able to build excellent relationships with all the body corporate and owner committees   Gordon always maintained the highest standards of professionalism. His attention to detail, time management and focus on customer service were exceptional.  Cost control across the New Zealand portfolio was always tight. In fact, New Zealand was our most profitable region under his stewardship.   I have always found Gordon to be a reliable leader and a mind of information about both property and hospitality operations. Gordon came to our Trust at a time when our business was stagnating and there was real concern over the Trust’s future……during his time with us he restructured the Trust’s business totally realizing underperforming assets and surplus properties together with setting new standards for our Managers. Gordon was in a position to provide the board with great assistance and know-how with regard to the Auckland and New Zealand hotel and serviced apartment markets. Following the sale of the Waldorf Group to the Daiwa Group we were seriously considering Gordon as CEO of Australia and New Zealand.
