Warren Smith, Director of Operating Partners Limited, has an extensive specialist background in the inspection of hotels from a Construction, Plumbing, Electrical and Plant and Machinery perspective. He has completed similar work for international hotel companies such as IHG and Starwood.
Warren Smith is a highly experienced multi-disciplined engineer having worked on key projects internationally, including being recently appointed as Director of Facilities for the NZ$6 billion Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort in Singapore. His experience also includes Director of Facilities roles in hotels in the Peoples Republic of China, Macao, Japan, Thailand, Fiji, Indonesia and the Bahamas.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Auckland, is a Chartered Member of Engineering New Zealand, is an International Professional Engineer(NZ) and an APEC Engineer.
