Many Hotel Management companies have their own version of Management Reports reflecting both the financial trading and a brief commentary. Most reports advise what has happened within the trading period rather than what action is being taken to rectify any additional expenditure or to take advantage of a positive trading condition.

We can produce a bespoke Financial Report package highlighting problematical performance areas and suitable questions which require the Management Company to address.

If no Management Company have been appointed we can assist in the development of a detailed Management accounting report and also an Executive Report to be circulated to owners / Directors.
