GBK Consulting or its associate company Carnmore Management will not however, become involved in, or be associated with, a business or with an operator or owner where GBK Consultingor its associate company Carnmore Management believes that, after full consultation with the owner and or operator, the agreed strategies to address operational or financial challenges will not be adopted.

In addition, GBK Consulting or its associate company Carnmore Management will not become involved if GBK Consulting or its associate company Carnmore Management believes that external influences exist which negatively impact on the potential success of the business and those who have the ability to rectify the situation are unable or unwilling to do so.

HOW WE PREFER TO OPERATE

Our preference is to work closely with a client, Board of Directors, owners or senior executive team to develop and agree a strategy and time-line which will meet the requirements of the brief.  We are  ‘au fait’ with the processes involved with business acquisition and rationalization which means that any expansion or indeed retraction within all, or part, of the company does not faze us.

We work best when contributing to the decision making processes of the company and excel when given the responsibility for achieving the agreed result.

REPORTING

This will be discussed and agreed as part of the brief in terms of preferred communication methods, distribution and frequency.

We wish to take the role of implementing that ‘blueprint’ to firstly meet and then exceed the desired outcomes.
